Identibac CH

Identibac CH is a quick and simple method for identifying Chlamydiaceae species. The Identibac CH ArrayTube contains 44 probes including 16S rDNA genes, 23S rDNA genes and 16S-23S intergenic spacer regions, which allow quick identification of nine different Chlamydia and Chlamydophila species.

Identibac CH is able to identify the following Chlamydiaceae species: C. trachomatis, C. suis, C. muridarum, Cp. pneumoniae, Cp. psittaci, Cp. abortus, Cp. felis, Cp. caviae, and Cp. Pecorum.

Identibac CH is a rapid and simple to use method that allows results from a Chlamydiaceae isolate within 24 hours. In addition to speed of results, Identibac allow significant reductions in equipment and consumables costs over alternative methods.
